职责和要求：
• 负责处理客户咨询、投诉和问题，提供专业、友好、高效的服务；
• 理解并掌握公司产品及服务的相关信息，能够为客户提供详细的解答和建议；
• 协助客户完成订单的处理和售后服务，确保客户满意度；
• 在日常工作中及时反馈客户的意见和建议，提供改进建议；
• 与团队协作，共同推动客户服务的不断提升；
• 具备团队协作精神，能够有效解决问题并处理紧急情况。

任职要求：
• 有相关客服工作经验者优先考虑，中英文熟练；
• 出色的沟通和表达能力，能够用清晰、简洁的语言与客户有效沟通；
• 具备耐心、细心、责任心，能够妥善处理客户问题；
• 对客户服务工作充满热情，具备团队协作精神；
• 熟练使用办公软件。

招聘岗位二：售后客服（已招满）

薪资：时薪$24.5

工作职责：
1. 提供优质的售后服务，解答客户的问题；
2. 跟踪客户的服务需求，并及时提供相应的解决方案；
3. 处理退货、换货等售后问题，保证客户满意度；
4. 协助销售团队，提供售后支持和客户跟进服务；
5. 维护客户关系，促进客户满意度和忠诚度的提升；
6. 记录客户反馈和服务过程，及时反馈至相关部门，持续改进服务质量。

要求：
1. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识；
2. 良好的团队合作精神和解决问题的能力；
3. 具备相关工作经验者优先；
4. 熟练操作办公软件（如Microsoft Office等）；
5. 可提供培训 熟练中文普通话，英文流利者优先考虑；
6. 对客户服务行业充满激情，愿意学习和提升自我。
7. 年龄18-40之间
