Junior Accountant & Admin 岗位

要求：
1. 应聘者有会计学历背景，办事认真，负责，有耐心。
2. 善于沟通，口齿伶俐反应快，有亲和力。
3. 热情开朗，有较强的执行能力，主观能动性强。
4. 熟悉 Excel， Word ， PPT ，Xero 会计系统

Job duties:
1. Administration duties including answering phones, replying to emails, communicating with different stakeholders.
2. Assisting the sales team to prepare invoicing documentations.
3. Data entry and basic bookkeeping
4. Assisting in preparing monthly sales reports, filing TFN forms
5. Bank reconciliation
6. Taking records of inventory
7. Assisting in sales reconciliation
