Growatt New Energy Technology Co. Ltd was established in 2010, focusing on providing solar inverters and system solutions for the global market. Until now, Growatt has reached over 5 million installations worldwide, famous as a world-leading manufacturer of cost-effective solar inverters with high efficiency. What you’ll be doing:
• Data entry and updating database
• Sorting and distributing mail
• Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
• Providing administrative assistance to the warranty managers and technical support
• Assisting with preparation and distribution of our monthly newsletter
• General administration duties such as preparing tax Invoices and quotes, processing warranty order orders, conducting inventory
What you need:
• Some experience in an administrative role
• High level skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• Attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
• Professional presentation
• Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not absolutely essential

Role requirements:
• Full time position
• Hours of business: 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
