Junior Accountant/Book Keeper
Working in the accounts department you will be responsible for
· Monitoring and administrating dedicated accounts e-mail addresses
· Responding to client e-mails in a timely manner
· Scanning and electronic filing of accounting records on a regular ongoing basis
· Data entry
· Assist with providing supporting documentation as requested by external parties
· Processing Payments
· Accounts payable / receivable
· Client Liaison
· Debt Collection
· Handling suppliers enquires
Skills and experience
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experience;
· MYOB/Reckon (Current version)
· Strong Microsoft Office skills
· Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
· Accounts payable / receivable
· Experience with Jobpac system is highly preferred
