This is full time position, 5 days per week - Monday to Friday. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess fantastic organisational, data entry and administration know-how as well as exceptional time management, multitasking and people skills.
Responsibilities:
~Management of the Recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation and post placement care.
~Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer.
~Create position descriptions as necessary.
~Organise recruitment and selection including advertising and short listing applicants
~Assist the respective business Managers in the smooth functioning.
~Manage the Induction and onboarding of the new employees.
~Ensuring processes and procedures are followed
~Maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information
To be successful:
~1-2 years of recruitment
~High attention to detail essential
~Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
~Proven organizational and time management skills
~Superior communication and interpersonal skills
