近日，德国莱茵之华设计集团（RhineScheme GmbH）创始董事、亚太区总经理李然女士接受保定深圳园专访，拍摄保定深圳园宣传片。RhineScheme莱茵之华担纲保定深圳园创投中心美仑美奂酒店的室内设计，美仑美奂酒店融合了德国艺术、音乐、建筑、文化场景和中国酒店业最新科技创意理念，这座新晋地标的诞生将助力保定深圳园成为一座充满梦想和希望的未来科技产业与商业新城。

Recently, Ms. Li Ran, Founding Director and Asia Pacific General Manager of RhineScheme GmbH, was interviewed by Baoding Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area for a promotional video. RhineScheme designed the interior part of Maxx Hotel at the Innovation and Investment Center of Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area, integrates art, music, architecture, cultural scenes from Germany and the latest scientific and technological creative ideas of hotel industry in China. The birth of this new landmark will help Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area become a new town full of dreams and hopes for future science and technology industry and business.

"当德国与中国在保定相遇，一处欣赏世界的新角落，由此诞生。

When Germany and China met in Baoding, a new corner to enjoy the world was born.

美仑美奂酒店坐落于保定市深圳园科技产业园区，融合了德国艺术、音乐、建筑、文化场景和中国酒店业最新科技创意理念，这座新晋地标的诞生将助力保定深圳园成为一座充满梦想和希望的未来科技产业与商业新城。

Maxx hotel is located in the Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area in Baoding, integrating art, music, architecture, cultural scenes from Germany and the latest scientific and technological creative ideas in hotel industry in China. 它位于保定市莲池区深圳园区内创投中心2#楼，是深圳园起步区的重要节点地块。1-3层为共用区域，总建筑面积约2.8万平方米。酒店客房位于11层至19层，总建筑面积约1.7万平方米。

The hotel is located at building No.2 of the Innovation and Investment Center in Baoding’s Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area , Lianchi District, Baoding city. It is a key node plot in the start-up area of the Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area. The 1-3 floors are shared areas, the total construction area is about 28000㎡. The Maxx Hotel guest rooms are located on the 11th to 19th floors, with a total construction area of about 17000㎡.

深圳园创投中心美仑美奂酒店的设计灵感源自德国古典音乐流派，像大众熟知的巴赫、贝多芬、舒曼等都出身于德国。而我们所做的事情，就是把音乐流派诠释为设计形式。

The overall interior design for Maxx Hotel at the Innovation and Investment Center in Baoding’s Shenzhen Sci-Tech Area is inspired by German classical music genres. Bach, Beethoven and Schumann, as well known to the public, were all born in Germany. And what we do, is to interpret the music genre as a design form.

酒店内部装饰融合了东方与西方的艺术，以传统与现代结合的视觉风格、在体现酒店品牌精致优雅的同时，用一些大胆的流行色彩作为点缀，为整体效果增添一些活力气息。

The interior decoration of the hotel is featured by the integration of western and eastern artistic elements and collision between traditional and modern visual styles. Combining the exquisite and elegant character of the hotel brand, we adopt a series of bold popular colors as embellishment, so as to inject vitality to the overall effect.

所以它不仅是体验现代优雅与隽永风格的高度交融之所，也是感受保定文化与德国文化合奏共鸣，体验“感官沉浸”的艺术圣地。

Q：美仑美奂酒店的品牌内涵是什么？What is the brand connotation of Maxx hotel?

李然：

“美仑美奂酒店是华住旗下的高档全服务酒店品牌，“美仑美奂”取自《礼记》“美哉仑焉，美哉奂焉”，形容建筑物高大、众多，气势恢宏。这所源自德意志的酒店凭借优越的地理位置、内敛的环境和优雅的服务在中国落地生根。

Maxx hotel is a high-end full-service hotel brand under H World Group. Its Chinese name is taken from the Book of Rites, describing the grand, numerous and magnificent buildings. This hotel originated from Germany has taken root in China with its superior geographical location, implicit environment and elegant service.”

Q：设计过程中有什么新的灵感吗？Is there any new inspiration in the design process?

李然：

“我们把原方案二层的馨乐庭餐饮区和三层的Maxx会议区进行了互换，在三层得到了一个完整的由多功能厅和众多小会议室组成的会议中心。这样就能获得一条宽敞、大气的会议前厅，它直接把多功能厅和户外屋顶上的婚礼草坪联系在了一起，为参加婚礼的客人提供豪华、流畅的婚礼体验，而参加大型集会的客人则可以随时在临近的小会议室展开分组讨论，让区域划分更完整。

We exchanged the dining area of Citadines apartment hotel on the second floor and the conference area of Maxx hotel on the third floor, creating a complete conference center composed of multi-function hall and many small meeting rooms on the third floor. In this way, it gives a spacious conference lobby with grandness. The lobby directly connects the multi-function hall with the wedding lawn on the roof, providing guests attending the wedding, with a luxurious and smooth wedding experience, while guests attending mass gathering can have group discussions in the nearby small meeting rooms at any time, making the functional division more complete.”

Q：有什么感想和祝福吗？Do you have any personal thoughts and wishes?

李然：

“保定是一个积极地、多样化的城市，非常富有活力和创造性，未来有着很大的发展空间。而我们的酒店就在它的核心发展区深圳园内。这座新晋地标的诞生将助力保定深圳园成为一座充满梦想和希望的未来科技产业新城，很期待见证这样的强强联合会迸发出什么样的闪光瞬间。
