工作内容：
负责接待顾客的咨询，提供专业礼貌的服务
收银和处理单据
处理退换货事宜
维护前台区域的整洁和有序
协助店内其他部门工作


任职要求：
拥有相关领域（会计/市场/管理专业）的tafe或以上学历
具有前台或客户服务相关工作经验者优先考虑
出色的语言沟通能力，能用中英文进行日常沟通
熟练掌握计算机和办公软件的使用
具备良好的客户服务技巧，善于处理各类客户问题
具有良好的团队合作精神和积极的工作态度
具备良好的时间管理和组织能力
