Reporting to the Operations Manager, your will be focusing on working with our major retailers and business partners. The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Responsible for the end-to-end management of accounts and sale streams. A key focus on further optimising commercial opportunities, travel to different areas in NSW and build customer relationships to support and maintain the growing trajectory.

This position involves two main responsibilities: accounts and sales coordination.

In the role of accounts payable management, you will oversee the entire process, which includes invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation using NetSuite's accounts payable module. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments, promptly resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, addressing inquiries and negotiating payment terms when necessary.

As part of cost analysis, you will be responsible for analyzing costs and expenses across different business functions and departments. This involves identifying areas for optimization and cost-saving opportunities. Using NetSuite's reporting tools, you will prepare cost reports and variance analysis, providing insights to management for decision-making purposes. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders will be key to implementing cost-saving initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness over time.

Expense minimization is another crucial aspect of this role. You will develop and implement strategies to minimize expenses while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards. This includes reviewing existing processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and implementing improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs. Monitoring expense trends and deviations from budgets will also be part of your responsibilities, and you will take corrective actions as necessary to control expenses within approved limits.

Credit control and customer credit research are also integral to this position. You will manage credit control activities, such as monitoring customer credit limits, assessing creditworthiness, and establishing credit terms using NetSuite's credit management features. Conducting customer credit research and analysis will allow you to assess credit risk and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms. Effective communication with customers regarding overdue payments, dispute resolution, and negotiating repayment plans will be essential to ensure timely collection of receivables.

In terms of sales coordination, you will support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and sales contracts. This will involve coordinating with various departments, including production, shipping, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfillment. It will be important to maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order status updates.

Logistics management is another aspect of this role. You will work with logistics partners to arrange transportation, shipping, and delivery of products to customers. Tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules will be crucial to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Any logistics issues or delays should be addressed promptly, and you will liaise with carriers and suppliers to efficiently resolve them.

Finally, as a point of contact for customer inquiries, you will provide information about products, pricing, stock levels, and delivery schedules. Excellent customer service skills will be necessary to assist customers effectively and provide a positive experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, or accounting.
Proficient in relevant software (MYOB, Netsuite, etc.).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
