                Qualifications & Skills:

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy 

* Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese: Mandarin and Cantonese) 

* Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

* Sound problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and outlook

* Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Communicating with shipping lines, overseas agents, suppliers and third-party companies

* Preparing import and custom clearance documents

* Acquiring relevant documentations for importing purposes

* Tracking all sea and air shipments

* Managing the end to end importing process
