Topsteel Solutions is a steel design and construction company located in Seven Hills, Sydney. We are currently seeking an Accounts All Rounder to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of or finance and administration team, making sure that everything is done correctly.


Your responsibilities will include:
• Accounts Receivable and debt collection
• Accounts Payable – based on weekly & monthly
• Weekly Payroll Processing
• Bank Reconciliations
• BAS and Superannuation lodgment and payment
• Monthly closing and generate monthly reports including P&L, cashflow & uncollected debts list
• Monitor installation teams’ cost, making sure under the budget
• Prepare job costing once job completed
• Place orders and follow up
• Handle accounts and admin email inbox for suppliers invoices and queries
• Assist with office administration tasks including telephone enquiries
• Renew car insurances, membership & PL PI WP insurances

Ideally you will have:
• Previous experience in MYOB
• Good attention to details
• Sound data input skills with a high level of accuracy
• Abilities to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to work within a team environment.
