应品牌与市场发展需求，招聘设计师若干人，服务集团旗下多个美妆与健康品牌。

岗位职责：
• 市场与新品推广线上线下平面与多媒体设计与编辑
• 配合市场与策略同事进行热点话题、事件营销等概念落地视觉化
• 参与各种活动方案的创意，驾驭多种不同的设计风格
• 参与品牌VI衍生设计与规范迭代

设计岗位要求：
• 大学本科及以上学历，艺术设计、平面设计、数字媒体等相关专业优先；
• 拥有较好的审美和扎实的美术功底，良好的个人品位，热爱设计，对时下流行的国际设计潮流有很高的敏感度；
• 精通 Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign/Premiere/Final Cut 等设计工具，对图片渲染和视觉效果有较好认识；具备摄影经验、视频编辑经验、印刷制品设计经验、相关行业经验两年以上且具有统筹能力优先考虑；
• 对美妆护肤产品有着很大兴趣和了解， 能适应高强度和快速的工作节奏，同时具备市场信息的敏锐感受力，有美妆、时尚、快销与奢侈品行业工作经验者优先；
• 良好的沟通与协同能力，优秀的解决问题能力和推进项目能力；工作积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，富有创造力和责任感；
• 工作细致、责任心强，有着良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力。

We are CEMÔY. The first international skincare label inspired by the world of haute couture. We create fashion in its most pure form; not from what we wear, but from who we are. Nature is our muse, creating a vision through colour, texture and light. We are now experiencing rapid growth and is positioning ourselves to capture even bigger market share and looking for only most talent designers to join the team.

You must be a solid designer who can hit the ground running, work autonomously from end to end and manage multiple projects at any one time. Your portfolio will show your experience working on conceptual, creative campaigns within the skincare, wellness or FMCG fields.

Graphic design in digital and print out will be your strength, but you will have the fundamental knowledge of photography and motions are importance within creative campaigns.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
- Have a minimum 2 years’ experience creating and designing artwork.
- Posses an excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite software (Must: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).
- Photography skills and experience with design/editing for web, video and motion graphics preferable.
- Have in depth knowledge of the design process from concept to finished art.
- Have experience in liaising with marketing and sales.
- Have excellent written communication skills.
- Be able to work with deadlines
- Be able to multi-task
- Have high attention to detail
