Job Title: Client Services Representative - Smash Repair Shop

About Us:
MBA Smash Repair is a reputable auto body repair facility dedicated to restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative.

Position Overview:
As a Client Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in our commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Your primary responsibilities will involve interfacing with clients, assisting them with insurance claim processes, liaising with the other party involved in accidents, and maintaining effective communication with legal representatives through phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Guide clients through the repair process, ensuring a clear understanding of the steps involved.
Provide regular updates on the status of their vehicle repairs.

Insurance Claim Assistance:

Assist clients in completing insurance claim forms accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims processing.
Advocate for clients in negotiations with insurance adjusters.

Communication with Other Parties:

Engage with the other party involved in accidents, fostering open and respectful communication.
Facilitate discussions to resolve issues and ensure a cooperative approach to the repair process.

Legal Communication:

Collaborate with lawyers involved in accident cases, providing necessary documentation and information.
Maintain clear and concise communication with legal representatives via phone and email.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with insurance claim processes and procedures.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
