Job Description:

As a Lending Assistant at Yuns Finance, you will play a crucial role in preparing credit rationales for new loan applications to be submitted to banks. You will also be responsible for conducting credit analysis for our private lending business. In addition, you will coordinate loan settlements with lawyers and handle any post-settlement inquiries. Rest assured, you will report directly to the Managing Director, ensuring a supportive and nurturing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Loan Application Summary:

- Create a comprehensive summary of client loan applications, including essential credit background and property details.
- Analyze client information to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to banks.

Private Lending Credit Analysis:

- Generate detailed credit analyses for new loans in our private lending business.
- This includes assessing borrower backgrounds, security details, property information, and market analysis.

Loan Settlement Coordination:

- Establish effective communication with lawyers to facilitate the loan settlement process.
- Ensure that all legal requirements are met for a smooth and timely settlement.

Post-Settlement Inquiries:

- Organize and address any ongoing inquiries and concerns from clients.
- Liaise with bankers for any loan variation and amendment requests.
- Follow up on the bank's ongoing conditions and tenancy schedule updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
