You may have no experience within the real estate industry, but well know the Waterloo area and well connected, or you may be a local industry expert, who is looking for a fresh environment. Ray White should be the local team you choose to join with.

Due to our continued growth, it's an exciting time for salespeople to join us. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for Real Estate to join the team and become Sales Associates or Sales Executive.
 
Required Skills and Experience...
• An exceptional customer service ethos;
• Process driven with a strong attention to detail;
• Valid real estate license (preferred, but not essential);
• A focused, driven and motivated personality;
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
• High-level problem-solving skills;
• High level personal presentation;
• Strong communication skills;
• Professional phone manner;
• Data entry experience;
• Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
• Strong computer skill set;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
• A team player;
• Possess exceptional follow up;
• Punctual; and Forward thinking.
• Avaliable to work on weekends;
• Preferred candidates who are fluent in a second language such as Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, Hindi and etc.
