Mortgage Broker Assistant Chatswood

We are a growing financial services firm seeking new member to join our professional team.

We are currently looking for a motivated and driven team member to join us and provide support to a Senior Financial Planner to assist with our growing business.

This is an ideal role for a candidate that loves the technical and compliance side of the Broker assistant role. We are seeking someone who ideally loves the back-end of the role.

There are also incentive opportunities that will be based on your performance.

The Role:
• Assisting with the loan applications process;
• Organising loan applications and documentation;
• Communicating with lenders and other key contacts;
• Managing client information.

Key Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role in banking/lending/finance preferred;
• An ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume, fast-paced environment;
• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Confident and proactive communicator.
