Skydive Australia are currently seeking a SYDNEY-based customer service host and all rounder who is fluent in CHINESE and ENGLISH to join our fun and energetic Sydney-Wollongong team on a casual basis.
The successful applicant will be:
● Reliable and hard working, with previous experience in the skydiving or tourism industry an advantage
● Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service whilst assisting to check in customers for their skydive
● Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
● Able to maintain a high level of accuracy using various operating systems
● Successful at working within a set time frame to deliver a product to our customers
● Willing to work some extended hours, due to weather dependency
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria. Please note, to be considered for this role you MUST address the selected criteria in your application.
● Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
● Previous sales experience
● Excellent communication skills
● Good administration and IT skills
● Previous cash handling experience
● Have a high level of initiative and independence with the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a pressured, fast-paced environment
● Experience in video editing preferred, but not required
● Fluent in Chinese and English
● Must be eligible to work in Australia
● Available to work weekends and public holidays with the understanding that we have flexible hours. Available over the busy Christmas - New Year Period.
