Key Responsibilities:
Take the content and bring it to life by storytelling through design within eBooks, infographics, whitepapers and more
Create graphics for use on company website, online community and other marketing campaigns (emails, social media graphics, events, advertising and more)
Design PowerPoint presentations in line with branding guidelines
Manage property project marketing campaigns, brochure design and more
Manage templates and ensure consistency throughout the firm’s documentation (PPT, Word, Excel)
Create mockups for reviews and discussions when working through ideas
Ensure branding guidelines is kept up-to-date and evolves with the firm’s growth and audience
Manage templates and campaigns in MailChimp, eDMs creation for company news updates, event invites and project launches.
Work with vendors and meet printing specs and guidelines.
Coordinate graphics production requirements with printers and vendors to meet the Marketing Department's overall publication schedules. Work with vendors for quotes, purchase orders, press proofs and coordinating delivery of the final product.
Assist other Venminder departments with documentation (like templates, flyers, collateral, internal graphics, emails) as needed
Work with video editing, motion graphics, gifs, animated ads
All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Past experience as either an in-house designer or at a marketing agency (We require work samples to apply for this position)
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in designing Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word) templates
Experience with Adobe Acrobat forms PDF
Knowledge of HTML and CSS a major plus
Experience designing for an EDM system (like MailChimp) a plus
Knowledge of inbound marketing
Preferred: Animation and audio editing skills while not required, would be a welcome plus
