Sales Assistant

Importing company

We are growing wholesaler packaging company based in Sydney and Melbourne.
We are looking for a sales assistant to join our Sydney branch in Western Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting our Managing Director related to sales
- Follow up any pending purchase order
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Dealing with enquiries over the phone and in person
- Other varied and general sales tasks

The successful candidate will display the following characteristics:
- Have at least 1 year experience in sales
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Well presented with a friendly manner
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, professional, fast and accurate
- Good time management skills able to work under pressure with deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in computers and computer programs such as Word and Excel.
- Need to be fluent in English and Mandarin
