Main Responsibilities:

• Account Receivable, debt control and collection
• Responsible for international importing & exporting delivery
• Prepare month-end reporting and statements
• Management Xero, Dear System and maintain database
• Administrative duties
• Adhoc duties assigned by the Director
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment

To be successful in this role you must possess:

• Strong communication skills
• Relevant office and accounting knowledge and experiences
• Advanced computer skills
• Great attention to detail, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Australian permanent resident
• We will train the right person
