About the Role
Brand Management Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in executing all Marketing activities across different brands to meet the company’s strategic marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. To assist the Brand Manager in executing Marketing activities includes marketing research, marketing strategy, event planning, product testing, etc.
2. Manage third party clipping house to make sure all client related media coverage are identified and included in daily and monthly clipping reports.
3. Manage client’s WeChat and Weibo account, draft and post articles on a regular basis, and monitor follower’s requests on WeChat and Weibo daily, and inform Brand Manager immediately.
4. Prepare monthly reports for clients on a monthly basis.
5. Support Brand Manager with online and offline event and other press event organizing, including media inviting.

Job requirements
1. Fluent English and Mandarin writing and speaking skills.
2. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Degree in Media and Marketing is preferred.
4. Related marketing research and communication working experiences
5. Excellent writing skills with a track record in drafting and preparing press materials.
