We are one of Australia's fastest growing suppliers, of construction and building products to the industry, supplying a large range from 8 different locations, servicing customers in NSW and VIC. Due to substantial growth of our business, we are looking for well presented and dedicated Building Material Sales Representatives to become an integral part of our team to generate further growth in the Building and Construction market.
You will be well suited to this position if you thrive on establishing new opportunities to grow your sales targets with a passion for customer service in developing strategic business and networking opportunities to ensure long term business relationships. This position will be responsible for achieving solid sales in the market. Focus and responsibilities for this role include:
Identifying and securing new business opportunities with customers and prospects by generating demand for our products
Identify new prospects to generate demand and build sales pipeline for our products
Provide sales quotes and estimates to customers regarding our range of products
Liaise and follow up with customers and contractors to convert quotes into sales
Maintain & grow established relationships and accounts
Manage customer accounts through proactive project anticipation and provide solutions
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through after sales service and client account support
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Minimum 2 years of Sales experience with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
Demonstrated a “hands on” team player with a positive "can do" attitude
Strategic mindset and strong communication and negotiation skills
The ability to effectively build rapport and maintain networks/ relationships with developers, stakeholders and customers
Results driven with demonstrated experience in new business acquisition
A highly organised, sales focused individual looking to utilise their Sales skills and contacts or network to make a sale
Experience the use of Microsoft Office and ERP system
A valid Australian driver's license with good driving history and have your own work vehicle
Experience in the Building and Construction industry is a plus
Good command of Chinese and English language
Reporting to Sales Manager and working within a high energy team environment, we're offering a permanent full-time position based in Yennora. The role comes with an attractive remuneration package that includes base plus commission, mobile phone, super and vehicle allowance.
