We are a fashion company, wholesaling woman's dresses for the past 10 years. We are located in the heart of Alexandria.Currently, We are looking for an office Admin role and front-line customer service, Start Immediately!

Responsibilities:
Basic bookkeeping duties, including: accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, Processing orders in a daily basis
Handling new & existing customer inquiries, and acting as the first contact for all customers.
Respond to or acknowledge customer inquiries and orders within 24 hours of receipt, manage orders from placement to completion.
Provide support to Management with various tasks as assigned.
General office duties incl. answering phones, filing, postage,arrange warehouse dispatching, Liaise with couriers & suppliers, etc.
Must-have:
Excellent written and verbal **ENGLISH** communication skills
Strong organisational skills and A GREAT eyes for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities urgent jobs
The ability to work full time in Australia, including relevant residency and visa requirements.
Succinct, clear English communication skills since our customers and team members are all speak ENGLISH
A can-do attitude and a friendly manner comes naturally.
As mentioned, our office is a fast paced environment so we need someone who can hit the ground running on their first day. We'll show you what to do and you will have the continued support of the team, but most of the time you will need to pro-actively work on your own, time-manage and priorities your own tasks.
