Responsibilities & Principle Tasks
• End to end sales – generating/chasing leads, customer appointments, negotiations, close
• Plan, maintain and increase your client-based network
• Meeting KPI's and achieving sales targets
• Contribute to marketing and selling strategies for the project
• Weekly and monthly reporting
Desired Skills & Experience
• Real Estate Certificate of Registration or willingness to have one
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Impeccable presentation
• Strong negotiation skills
• Flexible, adaptable and able to thrive under pressure.
• You’re a customer advocate and a diplomat, able to think on your feet and respond quickly to clients' changing needs
