• Perform 1st level users support in desktop, servers and applications related issues.
• Perform troubleshooting and upgrading of the different platforms (Redhat Linux, Windows Servers 2012 and Exchange 2010/2016)
• Assist in writing technical documents including user manual and IT policy.
• Script development for automating tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of Project proposal for rollouts of desktops, upgrades and training initiatives.
• Assist in the evaluation, testing, configurating and selection of software; Perform system tuning activities where appropriate;
• Building servers and supporting (operational support) for internal project;
• Provide user training.
• Provide after-hours on-call support on a rotation basis.
• Respond to incident tickets and provide updates in a timely manner, escalate where necessary.
• Minimum 4 years in supporting large user community
• Solid hands-on experience with RedHat Linux and Windows Active Directory
• Working experience with Fortigate firewall and Endpoint Protection platforms
• Problem solver. Good troubleshooting and hands-on experience at different engagement levels.
• Enthusiastic in learning new technology and willing to move up to more senior role.
• Detail oriented, ability to perform under pressure or on very urgent assignments
• Ability to react quickly to different events and apply the knowledge and troubleshooting skills for fast resolution and minimum impact on business continuity.
• Solid Infosec practice in previous position.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Experience in working on large project with tight time line.;
• Must be able to work effectively with multiple teams, multiple projects at once;
• Demonstrated experience in deploying, maintaining and supporting server infrastructures;
• Strong Analytical Skills & use of Analytical Tools;
• Industry certifications ITIL, CCNA or MCSE.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
