岗位职责：
1：调查和寻找各行业中合适品牌及商户；
2：与合作伙商户建立并保持积极和互惠互赢的合作关系，协助解决各类支付相关问题；
3：与公司各部门员工通力合作完成个人销售业绩，全力协助公司开发团队的相关工作；
4：管理商家的日常结算；定期向Director提交相关绩效/业绩报告。
岗位要求：
1：对于支付行业有基本了解，并有兴趣从事相关工作；
2：具有良好的分析能力和谈判技巧，注重工作细节，能够提供解决方案以满足客户需求；
3：具有勤奋的工作态度和在销售周期中始终保持积极向上的工作能力；
Responsibilities
• Researching and hunting for appropriate prospects in a variety of industries including high-end brand, luxuries, health care, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with institutional partners, uncovering clients challenges and demonstrating how we can solve them.
• Communicating with IT team for the business development.
• Managing settlement to local merchants, and delivering performance review to the director.
Skills and experience
• Sound knowledge about the payment industry.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to stay motivated all the way through a sales cycle.
• Ability to tailor and/or combine solutions to address complex client needs.
• Solid attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
