- Exciting Team in Central North shore location.
- Experienced Cook/Sandwich/Chef with management responsibilities and may have opportunities to progress to Cafe management in future.

- Create and manage a healthy and quality food menu, quality control, food safety control, health safety,
- Engaging customers, supervision and staff training,

- arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
