North Sydney Sales and Marketing Analyst

Objectives of the role
The Sales and Marketing Analyst will be responsible for playing an integral role in the sales and marketing of our products and services for the Hotels Technology division. Drive event sales through direct customer outreach. Assist with sales pipeline management through consistent input and maintenance and lead generation. Support execution of marketing plan through grassroots appearances, social media, email, and website. Create and publish marketing content on respective media platforms in line with marketing plan. Serve as staff member for Events. Conduct market research, data mining, and prepare sales & marketing analytical reports. Support customer experience, customer service monitoring, market assessment and project evaluation.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Close event sales activities through outreach, specifically phone calls
• Assist with managing sales pipeline.
• Consistent maintenance of sales activities through accurate data input and updates
• Manage grassroots marketing appearances
• Create and publish marketing content for social media and website
• Support event launches through website preparation and editing
• Serve as staff member for special promotional events and support/direct events
• Conduct market research to support strategic business plan
• Conduct data mining and report creation for core sales & marketing functions
• Support customer experience and overall business administration as needed

Desired Qualifications: 
• Marketing or Business Degree graduate
• Ability to Sell SMARTECH Brand
• Quick learner.
• Professional and courteous strong oral and written communication skills
• Commitment to learning and implementing professional processes and systems

• Ability to cooperate and develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers, co-workers, shareholders and vendors
