At Digital Dental Surgery Sydney and Digital Dental Implant Institution (Gosford), we have multiple positions available: 1. Experienced Dental Assistant Practice Manager (Sydney) 2. Experienced Dental Receptionist (Sydney) 3. Experienced Dental Assistant (Sydney and Gosford) Working in a fast paced and supportive team environment you will provide excellent customer service and patient care. Ability to multi-task and present well with excellent phone manner is a must. Chinese speaker preferred (for Sydney CBD).

Responsibilities and Duties
• Assist with building patient relations
• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
• Chair-side assisting
• Instrument Sterilising

Qualifications and Skills

• Dental reception experience will be highly regarded
• Experience with Oasis software will be highly regarded Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A caring and friendly personality that will motivate those around you
• Minimum of 1 year experience as receptionist/dental assisting in the health sector is ESSENTIAL.

Dental Assisting/Receptionist in Australia: 1 year (Required)
Education:
High school Year 12 (Required)
Language:
English (Required) Chinese - Mandarin (Preferred)
