Sydney SYDNEY CBD PROJECT ASSISTANT ALL ROUNDER FT NEEDED

Your role will be to perform duties involved in/with daily administrative and procurement duties
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deal with manufacturers and vendors
- Organise international freight and delivery
- Communicates with suppliers and vendors via email, job queue, and other means.
- Warehouse general hand

To carry out your role, the desired skills and experience include:
- Proven proficiency with computer applications, including MS-Office.
- Proven attentiveness to detail coupled with problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Excellent multitask skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
