Junior Level admin assistant position
We are looking for a dedicated admin assistant to join our firm. This is a full-time role starting ASAP and Candidate with long-time commitment is highly regarded. This role is not suitable for working holiday visa and student visa holder.
Job Duties:
Greeting visitors and answering, directing all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Sorts and distributes incoming mail and fax
Maintains company files, rosters, data and admin spreadsheet
Maintains office equipment; copiers, fax machines and printers
Orders office and kitchen supplies
Maintains front desk and conference rooms and keeping it neat and clean
Performs administrative functions such as data entry, spreadsheets, reports and correspondence
Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
Junior level receptionist/administrative experience
Professional appearance, phone and greeting presence
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
Self-starter with the ability to prioritize working with multiple deadlines
