Plastamasta Taren Point is a plasterboard & internal linings distributor located in the Sutherland Shire area of Sydney and is a Leading Building Materials distributor seeking a strong Sales Representative with building materials industry experience to drive sales volume, maintain/ grow existing accounts, and develop new business and sales channel opportunities throughout Sydney. This sales representative will call on existing and new clients, as well as work with builders, developers, contractors and all other decision makers in the sales and installation process.

Responsibilities Include
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory regularly to call on existing and perspective customers and establish strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking and interpreting orders promptly.
• Build strong relationships
• Understanding the market and be able to follow-up project lead
• Works independently and co-operatively with the company and team's goals and directives
• Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policy
Experience
Successful track record in an outsides sales environment.
• Ideally 2-5 years building industry experience
• 2-3 years collaborative sales experience
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the sales territory and beyond to build sales
Successful Candidates
• Be target driven
• Be flexible, highly organized and have a successful history of servicing multiple accounts.
• Address all customer questions and concerns promptly with resolution strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Speaks Mandarin as well as fluent English
• Good ability in collaborative sales and negotiation techniques
Your salary package will include base-salary, plus super, vehicle allowance and a competitive commission.
