You will assist our on site Sales Manager, and gain valuable experience in project sales in the property industry.

Your main duties include:
• Manage communication with buyers, valuers, builders and tenants
• Monitor property listings
• Various administrative tasks
• Database management

You will need:
• Real Estate certificate of registration or licence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, speaking both fluent English and Mandarin.
• Immaculate presentation
• Professional manner
• Good organisation skills
• Strong work ethic, filled with energy and enthusiasm
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good computer skills
• Driver's licence and a car
• Experience in Real Estate preferred but not essential.

These roles involve working every Saturday and Sunday, which are our busiest days! Hours are 10:00am to 5:00pm. You will get two days off during the week.
