工作介绍

- Plenty of room to expand, office available at Melbourne and Brisbane.
You must have excellent verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
You will be responsible for managing key relationships and act as the primary point of contact for agents and professionals to ensure their needs are met.
The Role:
• Approach and Develop a working relationship with agents and professional by promoting both local income and oversea income home loan product.
• Target audience include property agents, accountants, money changers, immigration agents and mortgage brokers.
• Work closely with agents to attract new business and be the point of contact for any enquiries relating to credit policy, application progress and status
• Perform market trend analysis to identify any opportunities for process and product improvements
• Proactively identify any new opportunities within the market to stimulate growth
• Assessment of customer’s credit profile and manage the risk
• Manage home loan applications passed from agents to mortgage broker
• Train and educate brokers on the products available
• Travel to Melbourne and Brisbane office is required
You Need:
• 2+ years’ experience in a Relationship Management / BDM role.
• 1 year experience within home lending
• MUST have strong verbal skills in Mandarin and English
• Proven track record in achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Tertiary Degree in Business, Finance or any related degree
