Position: Chinese Speaking Superstar Sales and Marketing Specialist
Objective: To market and enroll prospects into our Six Week Professional Development and Training Program called HIRE LEARNING.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is an exceptional opportunity for highly ambitious, motivated individuals to use their sales and marketing skills to create a lucrative income stream.
The essential role is to establish relationships with key international student associations, migration agents and other student career development platforms to market and enroll prospects into our intensive career training and development programs.
This is a flexible position that includes a high commission-based compensation – starting from approximately $AUD200 minimum per sale up to $AUD750 per sale, with unlimited earning potential. Reference letter could be provided.
This position is a virtual sales position so you will be able to work around your current study/employment schedule from home and you will have the freedom to implement the pre-agreed upon sales objectives.
We’re a great fit for outgoing, self-starting sales specialists who have the ability to ‘relationship sell’.
You will also be provided with qualified leads and database list to perform outbound calls and an email marketing campaign in Chinese.


Qualifications
No previous sales experience is required but would be advantageous
Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese as well as strong English language skills.
You will need acceptable modern computer skills and be expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
You will need the ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people at all levels of an organization.
The ability to work from your home.
Already established relationships with international student associations, universities and migration agents are an added bonus.
