Technical Support
POSITION SUMMARY:

Process incoming goods, returns and supplies. Pick and ship product to customers. Position is based in Smithfield, NSW.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Receipt returned product and process accordingly
Pick and ship customer orders
Sort incoming Parts and goods to support different locations
Aid in performing the rework of non-conforming goods
Perform data entry transactions to ensure accuracy of inventory
Perform cycle count activities
Maintain clean and tidy warehouse
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Good verbal and written communication skills (Chinese & English)
Forklift certification
Drivers License
Ability to lift up to 25 Kilograms
Detail oriented
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
Must be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel
