Looking for Sydney Office Senior Manager

IEAEC (International Exchange Association for Education and Culture Australia) was established in 2013, specialized in exchange of culture, education and work services. Main businesses are study tour, teach in China, work and holiday, hospitality internship in Australia. IEAEC has offices in China and Sydney, now we are seeking a senior manager for a full-time position for our Sydney office.

Responsible for running and increasing revenue for all programs;

Responsible for promoting overseas business production and marketing support;

Work with China team together to strengthen business development in Australia, establish deep cooperation with Australian schools and businesses;

Be responsible for the research, budgeting and analysis of campaigns;

Strong analytical and project management skills;

Attention and eye to detail;

Experience in building work team and monitoring performance;

Experience and clear understanding on Education Marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1、At least 3 + years in running or working within tourism company or study tour programs in Australia;
2、Has a positive and enthusiastic attitude and willingness to contribute to a motivated group

3、Confident and dynamic personality

4、Excellent communication skills

5、Bachelor Degree and IELTS 6.0 or Equivalent

6、Mandarin Speaking


We offer annual salary of 60K+Bonus+Super if qualified.
