Job: IT Supportlocations: Chatswood, and other metro sites in Sydney

Part time, 2 working days a week (May be split into half day shifts.) Maybe more when in need.

Responsibilities: Provide IT services on site, to support business as usual, which includes:
1. Office environment IT support - Basic network trouble shooting, Windows environment support, Printer etc office device support
2. Retail environment IT support - POS machines and POS system
3. IT system access administration (user access to multiple systems)
4. Setup IT related devices, equipment
5. Remote support on machines when in need
6. Common CCTV system, Audio system etc.
7. Phone system
8. On call support when in need
9. Document procedures on operations

Requirement:
1. English communication
2. 2 years+ working experience
3. Basic IT knowledge that covers network (eg. router and access point) and support to business environment (eg. G suite, office 365)
4. Troubleshooting skills
5. Hands on experience with common hardwares, eg. MFC printers
