ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
We are Z3D SIGNS, a local signage company with over 20 years’ experience. From our versatile workshop located on Sydney’s south district Mortdale, we have the ability to design and produce every aspect of signage projects. We supply signage solutions to some of the largest companies in Australia. Our aim – set the bar high, exceed expectations and be extraordinary. Our projects are mostly customized signs with the latest manufacturing techniques by using CNC machine, Laser cutting, Bending machine, Flatbed printer, Roll to roll printing machines and etc.

We are looking for several full-time graphic designers to join our in-house team at our workshop. You will be working together with the creative team in Australia and communicating with our manufacturing and installation team on a daily basis.

TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
● Creating signage proofs and mockups for client approval
● Pre-Press & liaising with the production team.
● Occasionally consulting with clients to determine their design needs
● Managing job schedules and booking in installation
● Printing of materials and manufacture of the signage at times

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
● Minimum 1 year Graphic design experience
● Experience in pre-press, page layout and file conversion, with an understanding of the requirements of digital printing
● Ability to convert design into production
● Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
● Colour management is essential
● Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate and liaise with customers as and when required
● A high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
● Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
● A passion for design and print and a long term ambition for growth within the company
