                - Management of residential and commercial properties

- Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors

- Organise repairs and maintenance

- Conduct property inspections, including routine and open inspections

- Qualifying potential tenants

- Securing tenants

- Reporting

- Market knowledge

Essentials: 

- Valid NSW Driver's Licence

- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate as a minimum

- Possess own car

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office
