We are a young and friendly legal firm located in Sydney CBD.

Your roles are preparing all documentation and contracts associated with purchases and sales, handling off the plan purchases and sales from beginning to end, liaising with clients preparation of discharge of mortgages, arranging for valuations to be performed on properties and attending exchanges and settlements.
To be successful, you will have attained a minimum 1 year's experience in Conveyancing and work proficiently with the LEAP Software. You will be a career minded person who has the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team to ensure conflicting deadlines and multiple settlements are made. Candidates are also require to be able to speak and communicate in Mandarin language and or Cantonese preferable.
