工作介绍
Role duties:
• First call resolution for customers by actively listening and providing solutions while using appropriate telephone manner.
• Answer technical enquiries and categories the customer’s issue through the use of troubleshooting guide.
• Forward the customer enquiries to technical manager or head office when resolution cannot be resolved on first call
• Record information into the customer database and report to head office regularly.
• Follow up the customer case until it is closed.
• Represent onsite service for customer to fix the inverter or inspect the system (usually out of NSW)
• Manage warehouse and handle the quantity of the stocks.
Role requirements:
• Full time position
• Hours of business: 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
The successful applicants will be
• A strong outcome focused level of customer service and to satisfy the customers’ needs
• Strong communication skills to face different and complex problems
• Having technical academic background (electrical engineering or other relevant engineering graduates would be put into favorite list )
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions
• A strong understanding of technical information and retain the knowledge
• Strong computer skills including internet and email
