Joining a team providing loan processing, compliance and 'back office' support to our team of Brokers, this fast-paced and varied role will see you accountable for ：

1.Pre Submission Loan Application and Client Expectation Management；

2.Check supporting documents are sufficient for submission and get all supporting documents well organised in sequence；

3.Analysing Customer's financial information e.g. Tax returns and Financial Statements to determine willingness and capacity to repay

4.Taking a proactive approach in seeking additional and/or clarifying information to support customer expectations, which may include obtaining sufficient information from the Credit Advisor and/or directly from the customer

5.Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and in line with relevant process, policy and compliance standards, including performing a quality and completeness check of the input provided by the Brokers/ Credit Advisors.

6.Complete the necessary Compliance checks before application submitted to Credit Managers for Check and Approval


7.Liaising with Clients, Credit Advisors and Lenders to ensure that loans are Approved as efficiently as possible；

8.Proactively follow up on the loan progress, and keep brokers/ credit advisors well informed；

9.Follow Loan Contracts and Mortgage Documents have been issued and the client has received the Documents and returned in a timely manner；

10.Settlement Coordination with Clients, Brokers, Lenders and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met.

协助贷款经纪与客户收集并整理贷款文件，递交贷款申请。协助贷款经纪与客户、中介、律师和银行沟通，确保贷款顺利获批，房屋按时成交。协助更新和维护客户资料。

1.熟悉贷款流程，贷款产品要求。
2.专业积极负责的工作态度。
3.熟练的办公室工作软件操作能力。
4.良好的中英文书写和沟通能力。
5.时间管理和Multi Tasking能力强。
6.澳洲金融专业优先考虑。
7.在校期间学习能力强。

You will be self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple task at once, ensuring tasks of priority are managed efficiently and effectively.A basic understanding of credit structures in order to assist with the understanding and completion of credit submissions.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in line with business requirements.Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Completed, or are working towards completion of a Mortgage Advisor Certificate, Relavent Accounting or Banking Finance industry experience.

Exposure to Home Loan and Lending processing.
