WeiJianTOur 3 bedroom flat is only 290 meters away from the North Strathfield station. Google map shows 6 min walk. We have a common BBQ area and a swimming pool in our complex which is handy for summer.
We have continuous hot water, thanks to gas heating!! This means we enjoy long, hot shower anytime and every time.
The advertised rent includes unlimited internet, gas, electricity, washing detergents and Netflix. On top of this, you will never have to buy water again because I have a water purifier for you to use. This gets regularly serviced and comes with cold and Hot water dispensers.
The room comes with a mirrored built-in robe and a double bed, a desk and a chair. The bathroom will be shared between 2 person.
