Private Room for Rent in Kingsgrove We are renting a private room in a clean and sunny two-bedroom granny flat in Kingsgrove. It would suit a mature-minded, clean and tidy student (no party animal please). You would share with another flatmate who stays in the other room. The common areas are furnished. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The room is unfurnished, but we are happy to furnish it if you don't have your own.

Rent is $230/week, all bills included (electricity, internet, etc.)
7 minutes' walk to bus stop, 2 minutes' drive to Kingsgrove station.
Convenience store, chemist and cafe right next to the flat and more shops close by.
