⚫︎ You share the whole apartment with only one girl
⚫︎ Great view with the balcony
⚫︎ Private control for Heating/Air-conditioning in your own room
⚫︎ New big shopping mall (Marina Square) including Coles just next door
⚫︎ 1 min walk to the bus stop (including a free shuttle to Rhode Station) & Ferry station (to CBD) - Bus comes very frequently during commute time, you almost have not to wait at all)
