Two minute walk to the bus stops that go to the city, UNSW or the beaches. Within walking distance to UNSW. Shops and gyms all within a few minutes walking distance.

Shared power bill (quarterly)... everything else included in rent.

Unlimited internet, netflix and fetch TV (Optus) included!

Four weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance required. Rent is paid every 2 weeks.

I have many things that can be used (i.e. kitchen items, clothes drying racks, TV, heater, fans and etc...), although I do expect that they are treated with respect and replaced if damaged.
