We have total 500 sqm office space for sharing, there are existing 5 workstaion bay available now. Each workstation bay is spacious enough for 5-6 people working. It is suitable for newly incorporated companies, who'd like to run initially at low costs then expand step by step.
we provide full company service like reception, printing, internet , 4 meeting room are available free to book and use. For some companies, we can also provide marketing service especially China's marketing as we have 100 salespeople around China. we also have our accounting firm and legal firm inside our company, can provide relevant accounting & legal service at cheaper rate than market.
Every workstaion bay (up to 6 people) is for $360/week including parking. (see pic below ) and free to use all the office furnitures we provided.
parking space will be limited to 2 for each company, as public transportaion is actually very convenient . however still negotiable.
For medium size company---more than 10 people, we can also negotiate the rate.
